move day!

so that's it. our 8 years filled with many, many memories at this address has ended. 

the movers came and in a whirlwind of one day, packed up the. entire. house. it was amazing. 

then the next day they loaded up this bad boy....

then at the end of that day, it rolled out. carry all our stuff. 

i wasn't sure if i should chase after it, yelling, "WAIT! COME BACK!" 

or jump for joy that the day was finally here. 

totally empty, which is so weird. 

so our next adventure doesn't start until Oct. that is when we will get the keys to our new house! 

that means you can still get a chance to say au voir to us before we head north!

{first day of school!}

we have a kindergartener now! 

i can't even believe it, it feels like we blinked and boom, he's all big now. 

he was very excited about his first day!

the only person who wasn't excited was sis, only because she couldn't go too. 

we walked him to school

then we waited for him at the bus stop after school!

he had a great first day and so far has been excited every day to go back! :)
