To ring in 2008 we stayed at my parents house, cooked up a delicious meal & played cards! For Christmas RJ got a new Bobby Flay cook book (side note: we love the food network & bobby flay is our fav chef!!) So he scanned the pages of his new book & found a superb recipe for steaks! So off to the store we went to gather all the ingredients!
Spice-crusted New York strip steaks with Mesa Grill steak sauce was the main course. We also made a spicy BBQ sauce too! It was soooooo good!

Jr. Chef Ray raiding the pantry!! He loved "shopping" in Lola's pantry! He would go in there and fill all kinds of grocery bags & then restocking the items back on the shelf but not in the original place! HAHA! Good luck Lola finding everything in there!
Playing cards with both sets of my grandparents, my dad, & my uncle. The boys played Golf & the gals played Skip Bo & Chicken foot. It was a lot of fun!!! 
I can't believe its 2008 already! Now I have to think of some goals (not resolutions!) for the new year!!Happy New Year!
